14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Azinag POS within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at business@azinag.site for a full refund - no questions asked.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after the 14-day window.

How to Request a Refund

Email business@azinag.site with your order number (found in your Polar receipt). Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for renewals after the initial 14-day period, unless the software was materially non-functional and we were unable to resolve the issue.
