1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using Azinag POS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Azinag POS on devices covered by your subscription plan. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Limitation of Liability
Azinag POS is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the software.
5. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
